Deporvillage returns as the official store of La Vuelta

  • It will sell the race leader’s jerseys made by Santini
  • The agreement also includes the collaboration as the official store of the Volta Catalunya and the Itzulia

Deporvillage and La Vuelta join paths again. The sports e-commerce and Unipublic, organiser of the race, have signed a collaboration agreement that makes the leading online sports equipment store in Spain the official store of La Vuelta for the next three years. The agreement is part of deporvillage’s strategy of participation in the great cycling tours of the UCI World Tour calendar, as it has successfully done for the third consecutive year as the official store of the Tour de France.


The aim of the e-commerce is to consolidate its position as the online shop par excellence in cycling, its main category, and at the same time to bring its customers closer to the major cycling events. Thus, thanks to this new agreement with La Vuelta, which also includes the collaboration as official shop of the Volta Catalunya and the Itzulia, deporvillage will be the e-commerce of reference for the purchase of the official products of the three most important cycling events in Spain. For each of them there will be a dedicated area, where fans will be able to purchase all the official related products.


For La Vuelta, deporvillage will sell the four leader’s jerseys made by Santini: The Red the leader’s jersey that Primoz Roglic has worn for the last three editions the green jersey points classification jersey held by Fabio Jakobsen in 2021; the white jersey with blue dots classification jersey, won by Michael Storer, and the white best young rider jersey, won last year by Gino Mäder.


In addition, the pure player will be selling the kits of some of the teams participating in La Vuelta 22, such as the Alpecin – Deceuninck, EF Education – Easypost or Movistar Team, team that also has deporvillage as official store.


The collaboration with La Vuelta gives deporvillage an important visibility in one of the most important races of the world circuit, which will start next August 19th in Utrecht and will finish, after 21 stages, on September 11th in Madrid. In it, deporvillage will have a car in the caravan and an activation area for fans in the starting areas.
