Email &CRM Marketing Manager

Who We Need for Our Team?

This is a long-distance race and to keep reaching new goals and new triumphs, we need to expand our Online Marketing team.

You will lead the CRM & Email Marketing team.

Your main duties and responsibilities will be:

  • Leading the CRM & Email Marketing team.
  • Implementing and optimising campaigns ensuring relevant communication to clients
  • Ensure compliance with Email / Newsletter channel billing targets
  • Support in the definition and execution of the communication plan
  • Automated campaign development through Salesforce
  • Monitoring and analysis of KPI’s for decision making
  • Plan and implement a calendar of promotions and special offers for each
    platform, customer segment and market, taking into account business needs,
    branding and marketing strategy and sales targets.

What We’re Looking For?

  • You have more than 2 years of experience in CRM & Email Marketing
  • You have extensive experience working with the Salesforce CRM tool
  • You have knowledge of Google Analytics
  • You have previous experience in e-commerce
  • You have an advanced level in Excel
  • You have analytical skills
  • You are a practical, creative, resourceful and results-oriented person
