Who We Need for Our Team
This is a long-distance race and to continue reaching new goals and new triumphs, we need to expand our Customer Service team with a Customer Service Agent with a high level of French.
You will be part of the Customer Service team, receiving calls from customers to attend to their queries regarding product availability, incident management, changes or returns. In addition, issuing calls to customers to inform them of the status of their order
What We’re Looking For
• You are an organised and methodical person
• You have a great capacity to work under pressure
• You have a high level of spoken and written French.
• Preferable experience in sports equipment sales.
• You must be a positive, proactive person with good decision-making abilities.
• Valuable knowledge of administration
